New 2026 Audi Q3 Redesign

The 2026 Audi Q3 arrives as a complete rethink of Audi’s compact SUV being stronger in presence, sharper in performance, and noticeably richer in technology. As one of Audi’s most successful models, the Q3 has always set the entry point into the brand. This third generation raises that bar, borrowing design language, digital features, and refinement previously reserved for larger Audi SUVs.

From its sculpted exterior and advanced lighting technology to a redesigned interior, the new Q3 feels intentionally more grown up. Below, our Paul Miller Audi team details ways it can redefine your commutes around Parsippany, Morristown, and Wayne, New Jersey.

A More Emotional, Athletic Q3 Design

Audi’s redesign of the 2026 Q3 focuses on presence and proportion. The body blends rounded surfaces with precise character lines, creating a stance that feels wider, lower, and more planted than before. Up front, the elevated Singleframe® grille and sleek, tapered headlights give the Q3 a focused expression while improving aerodynamic efficiency.

From the side, a strong shoulder line connects the front and rear lighting elements, creating a clean visual divide that plays with light and shadow. Pronounced wheel arches nod to Audi’s quattro heritage, while steeply angled D-pillars add motion even when the vehicle is standing still. At the rear, a slim horizontal light strip spans the width of the tailgate, visually widening the Q3 and reinforcing its modern design.

The Q3 comes standard with an S line exterior, including Phantom Black grille detailing, Selenite Silver accents, and fully painted sport bumpers. New wheel designs range from 18 to 20 inches, paired with all-season tires for confident year-round driving. Nine exterior colors are available, including the newly introduced Sage Green Metallic, adding a fresh option to the Q3 palette.

Advanced Lighting That Defines the Q3

Lighting plays a major role in the new identity of the Q3. Standard full LED headlights and taillights now include dynamic turn signals and animated coming-home and leaving-home sequences. Illuminated Audi rings are also standard, a first for an Audi compact SUV, adding a subtle but unmistakable signature at night.*

Digital daytime running lights feature 23 individual LED segments per side, allowing drivers to select from up to three distinct light signatures through the MMI system. For those who opt for the available Technology Package, digital OLED taillights introduce even more customization, with segmented panels capable of displaying multiple rear light signatures that sync with the front lighting design.

Available and standard lighting features include:

  • Full LED headlights and taillights with dynamic turn signals
  • Customizable digital daytime running lights with selectable signatures
  • Illuminated Audi rings, standard on all models
  • Available digital OLED taillights with animated sequences

This level of lighting technology brings a sense of personalization and visibility that previously wasn’t available in the compact Audi segment.

A Redesigned Interior Built Around the Digital Stage

Inside, the 2026 Audi Q3 takes a clear step forward in layout, materials, and usability. The cabin adopts Audi’s Digital Stage concept, centered around a curved panoramic display that places information exactly where drivers expect it. A standard 11.9-inch digital instrument cluster pairs with a 12.8-inch MMI touch display, introducing a new user interface and the return of navigation within the virtual cockpit.

The dashboard design emphasizes width and openness, with a softwrap trim element extending across the cabin. Flush door handles, a streamlined center console, and ambient lighting details contribute to a clean, modern atmosphere—one that feels calm without losing its driver-focused edge.

A newly designed steering wheel control unit moves the gear selector to the steering column, freeing up space in the center console for additional storage, cupholders, and a cooled wireless charging pad. USB-C ports are available front and rear, supporting everyday connectivity for all passengers.

Standard dual-pane acoustic glass for the front side windows also makes a noticeable difference, reducing road and wind noise and contributing to a quieter, more composed drive especially at highway speeds.
