If you've been considering visiting or Paul Miller Audi dealership from Parsippany, West Orange, Livingston, or beyond, you may have a few questions about what we have to offer. To help, here are some answers to a few of the most frequently asked questions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Sales
We've been ranked #1 in NJ for new car sales for back-to-back years (2020-2021), and we strive to keep that record intact. We work hard to meet customers' demands during these tenuous times by sourcing vehicles in our pipeline that may not be available to other establishments.
If you've been thinking, "I had placed an order some time ago and still haven't gotten a delivery yet.", this isn't uncommon. There is a 5-7 month wait time on Audi custom orders. If you've ordered an Audi from us, we'll make sure to communicate with you as soon as the vehicle is available.
Unfortunately, the supply chain constraints have affected every aspect of the production of new vehicles, including key fobs. The manufacturer is working hard to produce these parts, and we will notify you when your key fob becomes available.
We have a standard doc fee of $499, and all state vehicle and registration fees will differ depending on what type of vehicle you choose and which state is involved.
While both are a great option for your next used car purchase, they do come with different benefits. An Audi Certified Pre-Owned vehicle comes with a 300-point inspection and an additional year of coverage from the Audi warranty. A Paul Miller Certified vehicle includes a 125-point inspection, a five-day/300-mile vehicle exchange, a six-month/6,000-mile warranty, wheel repairs, and key replacement.
We use software and algorithms that compare our vehicles with other like models on the internet. We take that amount and lower the price to make our cars just below the actual selling price. This ensures that our customers receive the best-selling price and not an inflated asking price.
Service
Yes, we offer our service center guests loaner vehicles for specific tasks.
Once the required maintenance or service is complete, you'll need to reset the reminder light. You can do this by following the steps below:
- Pull the trip reset button (the knob on the right-hand side of the instrument cluster) to enter the reset mode.
- Release the knob.
- Rotate the left-hand knob (the one that controls the clock) one full turn.
- Check the display for the message – "Service In – Miles – Days – or Service!"
- Pull the knob once more. (You have five seconds to pull the knob. If you're too late, you'll need to start again.)
- Turn off the engine and restart to see if the service light is still on. If it is, try again.
Finance
No. All the lenders we use have no prepayment penalties.
